Cancellation

  • Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Glora Diamonds reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Orders may be cancelled due to any of the following reasons:

    • Limitations on quantities available for purchase
    • Errors or inaccuracies in product or pricing information
    • Concerns flagged by our credit and fraud prevention department

    If a payment has been made and we are unable to fulfil the order, or if the customer cancels before the order moves into processing status, a full refund will be issued within 10–15 working days through the original payment method. Please note that order processing typically takes 24–48 working hours.


    Order Cancellation by the Customer

    Customers may cancel their order before it enters processing status to be eligible for a full refund. If a cancellation request is made after the order has already been processed, no refund will be issued.


    Delivery & Recipient Responsibilities

    By signing the delivery receipt, the recipient confirms that the order has been received as described. Once delivery is acknowledged, Glora Diamonds is not responsible for any subsequent refund or replacement requests related to that order.

    In the event that the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts before returning the package. Please be aware of the following:

    • All re-shipment and handling costs resulting from failed delivery will be borne by the customer
    • The order will be cancelled upon return of the package
    • Voucher amounts associated with such orders are non-refundable
