Ring resizing is offered only as a complimentary service for customers who purchase rings from us. We do not provide resizing for rings bought from other brands.
Most rings purchased from us can be resized depending on the design. Our team will confirm feasibility after checking your piece.
We provide precise size adjustments:
- Size Increase: Additional material may be added
- Size Decrease: Ring is carefully adjusted while maintaining design
How long does it take?
Resizing typically takes 3-5 working days.
Note: Complimentary resizing is applicable only for our customers and eligible designs.
REPAIRS
Repairs are provided only for jewelry purchased from us. We do not service products from other brands.
We handle polishing, stone tightening, prong fixing, and restoration.
